Maslow Capital has provided a £64.2 Million Facility for Forshaw’s Landmark VIVERE Residences in Manchester.

The combined financing total, provided by Maslow Capital for Forshaw Group, now totals £98.6 million and has helped deliver 463 homes.

Developer finance brokers, Positive Commercial Finance assisted in securing the funding.
