We’re going to Mipim !

We will be attending the premier international real estate event which gathers the most influential players from all sectors of the property industry for four days of networking, learning and transaction through conferences and dedicated exhibition zones.

We will be at Cannes 13-16th March so come and say hello and find out more about our plans and future development pipeline for this coming year.  We are keen to discuss potential partnerships and funding opportunities for both multi-occupier developments and PRS schemes and to explore new sales and marketing channels. All on track at Halo !

Our site at Simpson St, Manchester is once again in full swing after the Christmas break as we are now enter week 40 of the 82 week programme.
The basement is now complete and the concrete frame has been extended to the ground floor level.

Metal frame and flooring to the first floor level is 80% complete and brickwork infill to the ground floor has been finished. Work now continues on the steel frame erection and frame panels and concrete infill to piles.
