The development team have just returned this week from MIPIM (Le marché international des professionnels de l’immobilier), regarded as the world’s leading international property event.

Hosted in Cannes, in the South of France, with an intensive four day programme of networking events and conference sessions, this annual event attracted over 20,000 visitors bringing together architects, property developers, investors and other property service providers.

Standing alongside some of the most influential players from the property sector, the Forshaw team championed Greater Manchester through a comprehensive programme of events hosted at the “Manchester Pavilion”. Aimed at furthering the international profile of the region, the Manchester delegation has grown to become one of the largest city-region presences at the conference. A presentation of the proposed redevelopment of our home town of Bolton drew particular interest. Forshaw are proud to support our own local council with their ambition to meet the challenges of future local housing needs through a £1bn regeneration master plan.

Over the course of the week, the Forshaw team, with founder and Managing Director, Lyndon Forshaw at the helm, showcased their new off-plan residential developments in Manchester and Salford. These were well received by a local and international audience keen to learn more about the opportunities and the dynamic economy and growth of Greater Manchester.

Located on the banks of the River Irwell, “The Warehouse “ at The Dye Works is a new build, off-plan residential development scheduled to complete Q4 2019. The high-specification nine storey building complimented with private balconies and roof terrace comprises 86 stunning waterside apartments affording impressive city and water views. A second development in Salford, “Bankside” was also unveiled. Comprising 180 apartments across 22 storeys also overlooking the river, the development is set to come to market later this month.

However, it was a glimpse of our flag ship development, “Vista” that really stole the show. Located in the heart of Salford Quays, this architecturally eye-catching building will be launching later this year and will host 214 stunning waterside apartments and penthouses spread across 32 floors to add an exciting new dimension to modern Manchester living.
