Come hail or shine, construction work continues on our new build off plan Manchester city development. Notwithstanding the 30 hours of rain, 22 hours of high wind and 14 hours of frost this month, the metal frame and flooring to the 3rd floor is now complete and 35% complete to the 4th!

Meanwhile window installation is 30% complete, facing brickwork is well underway and basement lighting and ventilation is 20% finished.
A great effort from all the onsite team while most office workers took a “snow day” or two off work !
