Construction continues at Halo, our off-plan apartments in Simpson Street, revitalising and opening the northern area of Manchester city centre. All works are progressing within programme and despite the inclement weather the whole team are confident that the development will be completed on schedule.

The metal framework for all floors is now complete.

The sixth floor is now built and the building is now watertight.

Internal plasterboard walls are now in excess of 50% complete.

Windows and external brickwork are currently at 65%.

First fix Mechanical and Electrical works are being carried out on four floors.
