Forshaw Land & Property Group Shortlisted for Developer of the Year at North West PROPS Awards 2026
Forshaw Land & Property Group is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted for Developer of the Year at the 2026 North West PROPS Awards, recognising the Group’s continued growth, investment and contribution to the North West property market.
The nomination comes at an exciting time for Forshaw, as the business continues to expand its development portfolio while entering a new phase of growth through strategic partnerships and investment.
A Growing North West Portfolio
Over recent years, Forshaw Land & Property Group has built a diverse portfolio of developments across the North West, with a particular focus on Manchester and the surrounding region.
The Group’s portfolio includes schemes such as Victoria House in Ancoats, Silkbank Wharf and The Waterhouse, alongside a wider collection of residential and mixed-use developments delivered across the region.
Each project reflects Forshaw’s approach to identifying opportunities in strong locations and creating developments that respond to their individual surroundings and markets.
The Group is also progressing Vivere Manchester, a major new mixed-use development comprising 237 apartments and an 88-room hotel, alongside Oakridge Park in Westhoughton, an exclusive gated development of 11 luxury homes.
Together, the developments demonstrate the breadth of Forshaw’s activity, spanning city-centre residential, hospitality, regeneration and luxury housing.
A New Fund in Partnership with AND Capital
The Developer of the Year shortlisting also follows an important period of expansion for Forshaw Land & Property Group, including the launch of a new property fund in partnership with AND Capital.
The partnership represents the next stage of Forshaw’s growth strategy, combining the Group’s experience in identifying, acquiring and delivering property opportunities with AND Capital’s investment expertise.
The fund will provide a platform through which the partnership can pursue new opportunities and continue building a pipeline of developments and investments.
For Forshaw, the launch represents an evolution of a business that has grown from delivering individual developments into a wider property and investment group with ambitions to expand its presence across the North West and beyond.

Being shortlisted for Developer of the Year represents an important milestone for the business and recognition of the work undertaken by the wider Forshaw team, its partners and consultants.
