The Vivere Residences and Vivere Aparthotel are set to transform the once-neglected plot of land on Cornbrook into luxury apartments in Manchester. Forshaw Land & Property Group acquired the land from waterside regeneration specialist, Peel Waters. The approved project is set to build 237 units and 88 aparthotel studios on a 2,249 sqm site to revitalise the current wasteland.
The Vivere Residences will feature a 24-storey building with 237 units, including 74 one-bedroom and 158 two-bedroom. Out of these 237 units, 5 will be luxury penthouses that include private terraces. The penthouses will include stunning views of the nearby canals, Salford Quays and the City.
Moving away from the Vivere Residences, you have the Vivere Aparthotel side of the property. This will include 88 rooms and will cover 4 of the 24 storeys of the building. Because of the location of the property, it doesn’t only make for a great residential building.
