Rathmell Hall, York

Rathmell Hall, located on George Hudson St in the centre of York. The building was originally constructed as the York Equitable Industrial Society Co-Operative central premises and warehouse in 1897. Subsequently converted to offices in the 1990s the Grade II listed building has now been converted into 60 high quality studio apartments. The apartments are to be for student occupation of a superior standard. The development will also include a gymnasium, cinema room, common and games room, along with work spaces for students.

The development has already been pre-sold to investors and will continue to be managed by Primo post-completion. Development was completed in August 2016 in time for the academic year start.
