Lovell Park is a student residential development in Leeds delivered by Forshaw Group as part of its strategy of refurbishing existing buildings into high-quality accommodation. Completed in 2013, the scheme involved the transformation of a period property on the edge of the Lovell Park area into a modern, fully managed residence aimed at students attending nearby universities. The development comprises 66 self-contained studio apartments, designed with contemporary interiors and en-suite facilities, alongside a range of communal amenities such as a gym, media room, lounge areas and landscaped outdoor space.
