Our vision was to deliver a contemporary urban townhouse inspired by some of the best urban housing around the globe, the post-industrial housing of American cities, the quirky narrow houses of Holland and the neo-modernist multi-storey dwellings of Tokyo.
Our Architects, DLA, have developed a unique home which we feel fits this brief, a high-quality single dwelling over 4 storeys, double-height living area with mezzanine floor and a roof terrace offering views out over Ancoats. This ambitious project is intended to provide something not yet seen in Ancoats and a diversification of the housing stock in the area. Planning has been granted for the development and we shall be commencing construction shortly.
