Introducing Vivere: A New Hotel Experience Coming to Manchester

A new hospitality destination is coming to Manchester, as Forshaw Group unveils further details of the hotel at Vivere, its major new mixed-use development in the city.

The Vivere Hotel will feature 88 contemporary hotel rooms, complemented by a collection of amenities designed to create an experience that goes far beyond a traditional city-centre hotel.

Bringing together accommodation, work, wellness, dining and entertainment under one roof, Vivere has been designed around the way people increasingly want to stay in and experience Manchester.

More Than a Place to Stay

At the heart of the concept is the idea that a hotel should offer much more than simply a room for the night.

Guests at Vivere will have access to dedicated co-working spaces, providing a relaxed and flexible environment for those travelling for business, working remotely or simply looking for somewhere to catch up on work during their stay.

The hotel will also feature its own private cinema room, creating a distinctive social and entertainment space for guests to enjoy without leaving the building.

A fully equipped gym will form part of the hotel’s wellness offering, allowing guests to maintain their routines throughout their stay and adding to the range of facilities available within the development.

A New Cafe/Bar for Manchester

Food and drink will play an important role in the Vivere experience, with a Cafe/Bar forming part of the hotel.

Designed to serve both hotel guests and the wider community, the space will provide somewhere to meet for coffee during the day, work informally, enjoy a meal or spend an evening with friends.

By opening these areas beyond the traditional hotel experience, the aim is for Vivere to become a destination in its own right – somewhere equally suited to an overnight stay, a business meeting, a morning coffee or an evening out.

Designed Around Modern City Living

The combination of 88 hotel rooms, co-working facilities, a cinema room, gym and Cafe/Bar reflects Forshaw Group’s vision for a modern hospitality experience.

Rather than separating accommodation from the wider experience of the building, Vivere brings different uses together to create spaces where guests can stay, work, meet, exercise, dine and relax.

Part of the Wider Vivere Development

The 88-room hotel will form part of the wider Vivere Manchester development, which will also include 237 private apartments.

With construction now underway, Vivere represents a significant addition to Forshaw Group’s portfolio and an exciting new hospitality and residential offering for Manchester.
