St Ann’s Lodge, Leeds

St Ann’s Lodge is a student residential development in Leeds delivered by Forshaw Group as part of its early portfolio of refurbishment-led schemes. The project involved the conversion of two existing buildings – one a period property dating back to the turn of the 20th century and the other a more modern structure – into contemporary student accommodation.
