Forshaw Land & Property Group is a privately owned family company. Together our founders, brothers Lyndon, Jonathan and Glenn Forshaw, have almost half a century of property development expertise between them.
Our activities span the whole of the UK. We believe in taking unloved land and forgotten buildings and turning them into the unique spaces that bring land back to life. We develop and redevelop for prestige residential, commercial, mixed use and student living. Most of all, we develop for investors.

Lyndon began his first redevelopment project on leaving university 20 years ago. At a time when most graduates would be searching for work, Lyndon bought a former bank. It was unloved and in need of much repair, yet still full of the distinctive features that have since become the hallmark of Forshaw Land & Property Group redevelopments.
What inspired him then still inspires him now. “You never know what new opportunities will arise. I enjoy realising the potential of the land and property we acquire. There’s a satisfaction that comes from seeing a development completed after overcoming the many inevitable hurdles along the way.”
He is just as committed to the people who choose to invest with Forshaw Land & Property Group. “Investors trust our developments because they know we choose the right sites in the right locations and build to the highest standards within the sector. It’s a reputation I’m dedicated to upholding.”
As the finance director for Forshaw Land & Property Group for over six years, Jonny’s role involves working with suppliers and investors on the financial aspects within Forshaw Group's extensive portfolio. He is there to ensure communication between Forshaw and their clients with regards to invoicing and payments.

Jonny’s extensive knowledge of the property industry plays a key role in the development of both brands.
As director of both Forshaw Land & Property Group and Primo Property Management for over six years, Glenn’s role is to create synergy between the two sister companies. He is there to ensure the smooth day to day running of Primo Property Management and effective communication with Forshaw Group.

Glenn’s vast property rental experience is invaluable to the development of the Primo brand, and also ensuring higher yields for investor landlords via Forshaw Group.
Jason Sanderson is responsible for “sniffing out residential and student development opportunities across the UK.”
He undertakes appraisals on potential acquisitions and oversees the sites that will become future Forshaw developments through the design and planning process.
What appeals most about his role is, he believes, also a key factor for investor confidence in the Group’s work. “The variety in our developments is striking,” he says. “No two sites are the same and each requires a unique approach. What Forshaw Land & Property Group builds, sister company Primo Property Management runs day to day. Ruby Jones helps initiate and develop the systems and procedures that support a positive residential experience for student tenants and maximise investor returns.
